MP for Hornchurch James Brokenshire pulled off the almost unheard of feat of asking a constituency question without sounding pathetic.

Quite the opposite in fact. I must admit that a question about dumping rubble doesn't seem like a winner, but with a good delivery, and some sensible points JB got through unharmed.
